- Meet in person to inspect original IDs (List A, or List B + C)
- Review Section 1 and complete Section 2 during the appointment
- Employer receives completed verification securely by email or upload

Remote Online I-9 Verification – $50
- Verify employment eligibility remotely through a secure online session
- We review Section 1, inspect ID over secure video, and complete Section 2 digitally
- Employer receives an authenticated digital copy
- Perfect for fully remote staff
Hybrid Meet + Online Submission – $75
- Meet the employee in person to inspect IDs and verify Section 1 accuracy
- Complete Section 2 or 3 and submit through the employer's digital system (e.g., HireRight, WorkBright, Equifax, Tracker I-9)
- Employer receives same-day completion confirmation
- Best for HR teams needing physical verification and digital compliance
Employer Volume Rates
- Bulk (5–9 per month): $60 each
- Contract (10+ per month): $50 each
- Includes Section 2 completion and same-day digital submission after ID check when system access is provided.

- Wait Time / Trip Fee: If service cannot be completed due to client issues (improper ID, missing documents, or signer unwillingness to proceed), a trip fee may apply.
